Menstrual Relief Oil Roll On

Agh Cramps! Every woman has experienced cramps on different levels. I’ve know some who feel like they’re in labor due to the excruciating pain. The oils in our Menstrual Cramp Roll On all have different benefits with one common task, Relieving Cramps!

• Cypress Essential Oil: Helpful for irregular or heavy periods, mood swings, and, cramps. Due to its physical and mental calming effect, it can ease the spasms and pain related to cramps. 
• Peppermint Essential Oil: Because of it’s cooling effect, it welcomes relief, especially when applied to the area of the body that's cramping.
• Lavender Essential Oil: Simple, so soothing, relaxing, and calming. It also helps improve blood flow, which ultimately reduces cramping.

Directions using the Pechoti Method: 

1. Rinse or clean out your belly button and let it dry.
2. Sit or lie down somewhere comfortable, like your bed or couch.
3. Roll on a few drops of oil into your belly button and let it absorb into your skin.

This roll on may not completely rid your cramps but it will help alleviate the pain. 

Directions: Massage a small amount into your abdomen at least once per day while on your period
