Mugwort, Motherwort, Yarrow, Lavender, Butterfly Pea Flower, Chamomile, and Cinnamon

How to use

Prepare loose tea by placing 1-2 teaspoons of loose tea into a tea strainer or tea bag, put the strainer into your cup, then pour properly heated water directly over the leaves. Steep the tea for 4 minutes.

For best results, use 6oz or 8oz of heated water. You don’t want to over dilute the herbs.
